Utility Assistance
Here at The Salvation Army Strathroy, we are agents for the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP), and help provide financial assistance through the Low-income Emergency Assistance Program (LEAP) for Entegrus clients.

OESP - Ontario Electricity Support Program
Our team is able to assist with the preparation of applications for the OESP subsidy. This subsidy is available for any electricity company.
LEAP - Low-income Emergency Assistance Program
Assistance is available to Entegrus clients with the LEAP program. Assistance is available according to the regulations given to us by the Ontario Energy Board and Entegrus itself. Note: Due to contractual arrangements we are only able to offer LEAP assistance to Entegrus customers.
